CRISS ANGEL Magician and illusionist Criss Angel was on June 1st's Fangoria Radio show discussing his hot TV Show "Mindfreak" and his upcoming stunt in Times Square. His 24 hour stunt began Monday June 4th when he was shackled and placed in a square clear box which was slowly encased in cement before being lifted 40 feet off the ground. Criss had only 24 hours to escape his cement tomb before the block would crash to the ground. Tensions grew as the 7:30am deadline came, and at the end of the 24 hour countdown the box came crashing to the ground. But sighs of relief became cheers as Criss appeared triumphantly atop nearby scaffolding. He is unscathed by his encasement, and had a loyal group of fans who stayed with him all night cheering him on. Congratulations, Criss! Be sure to catch the new season of "Mindfreak" which is premiering on A&E tonight (Tuesday, June 5th) at 10pm. Click here to hear our interview with Criss Angel.
