To begin the Tony Timpone Makeover, Fangoria Radio invited our old pal Diamond Dallas Page to help turn Tony into a towering stack of Voorhees-like muscle. Page joined Dee, Debbie, and Tony in the studio for a session of his YGR: Yoga for Regular Guys work out program. They huffed, they puffed, and they did crunches and push-ups. By the end, Tony’s small frame was starting to ripple. A few more weeks of this, and Fangoria conventions could become fight clubs where rippling Tony hosts bare knuckle brawls and arm wrestling competitions.

All Hallows Clothing company joined Dee, Debbie, and Tony to reveal some new clothing for Tony "Mr. Excitement" Timpone to help his makeover. So Tony shed his usual khakis and tucked in polo shirt to try out an edgier look. All Hallows Clothing suited Tony with a pair of specially made jeans, a shirt with a bloody head on it, and a sweet black hoodie with skull and raven logo. After this frightful fashion show, Tony’s image is beginning to match his horror god persona. Thanks so much to All Hallows Clothing for coming in! And a special thanks to Theo and the Skyscrapers guitarist, Sean Pierce, who is also a member of All Hallows Clothing. You guys rock!

Tony's makeover is in its third week on FANGORIA RADIO. This week we decided that the "horror god" needed to look more edgy and dangerous. What better why to get some dangerous edge than a huge arm tattoo? Not wanting to subject Tony to needles, real blood, and pain, we opted for a temporary tattoo to let Tony try to out his vicious edge first before committing. Temptu Marketing was in the studio to give Tony a full FANGORIA arm "tat" that features the FANGORIA logo and skull over a lovely blood splatter, very fitting for the king of horror. And after finding a way around Tony's immensely thick arm hair, Tony looked less like a very hairy accountant and more like a very hairy horror god. Thanks so much Temptu Marketing! You guys were awesome!

Tony's makeover- week 4 and Voltaire

For week four of Tony Timpone's Makeover, Dee and Debbie brought in the ultimate expert of "all things Goth", Voltaire, and the awesome goth hair and make-up expert, Jamie Jennings, who applied the final transformations to Tony's image. Some make-up, hair extensions, and a nose ring later Tony was starting to look like he fell out a horror movie, or possibly a Marilyn Manson video. Tony's wife, Marguerite Timpone, even stopped in to add her opinions on the "new" Tony. Will Tony complete the makeover in time for the convention this coming weekend? Will he go from looking like a meek accountant to a sheik god of horror? Come to the New Jersey Weekend of Horrors to find out, http://www.fangoria.com/WoH. FANGORIA RADIO will be there to provide you with pictures of the final product.

Tony's Makeover Week 5

The anticipation had been growing over the past few weeks as to what Tony Timpone, Editor-in-Chief of Fangoria magazine, would look like for the East Coast Weekend of Horrors. Fangoria's fans had been promised a "new" Tony. Different people wanted to see different things. A guy from New Jersey thought Tony should go "thug rock" and get his head shaved and cut the sleeves off his tees to show off his "guns". A group of girls from Connecticut thought Tony should go "vamp" with yellow contact lenses and a fangs.

As Dee and Debbie began the live Fangoria Radio broadcast, the audience sat waiting for the un-masking. They were also joined by Tony's wife, Marguerite Timpone.

Elevation preformed a live version of Tony's intro music and the "the Donald Trump of Horror entered the studio". Tony Timpone walked out looking like a different person! As one of the audience members said it, the only way you could tell it was still Tony was from the very recognizable bounce in his step. Tony had gone "goth" complete with pale make-up, black lipstick, and dread locked hair. The audience loved it! But what about Tony's wife? She said she just hoped it would wash off. Tony "Mr. Excitement" Timpone completed his new rock star image by singing a few lines of B52's Love Shack for the audience before joining Dee and Debbie for his usual role of "all-knowing horror god" on the radio show.

Will Tony keep his new "horror" image? As Dee put it, we love Tony anyway he looks, but it is nice to have a professional looking figure head to keep our respectable image. Or as horror fan James from Pennsylvania said "Tony's f***ing awesome no matter how he looks".
